The can-do IT people have a new can-do man in charge – Stephen Douglas has been chosen to lead the business through our next stage of growth as Managing Director.
Stephen has worked at Synapse360 for over 14 years and has held a number of different roles across the business including Data Solutions Director and Sales Director.
As MD, Stephen will be responsible for achieving Synapse360’s business goals and delivering on our ambition to grow to five times our current size over the next five years. He will also ensure that during this planned growth, the business retains its focus on its people and their ability to deliver world-class service and uncomplicated solutions to customers.

Synapse360 became part of the Manx Telecom group in 2019 – a move that enabled the business to scale rapidly with the addition of data centres and enhanced connectivity.
The business currently employs around 50 people and we have ambitious plans for year-on-year growth in the workforce, with recruitment planned across its sales, technical, project management, and marketing teams.
