Brendan, who hopped ship from our sister company, Manx Telecom has been impressing the team left, right and centre since he joined as our new Project Manager, taking under his wing several projects including the development of the new Isle of Man office.
We sat down with Brendan to find out a little bit more about his journey with the Synapse360 team so far…
Brendan, congratulations on getting Employee of the Month! It’s been a few months now since you joined Synapse360, how has the journey been so far?
What do you like most about working at Synapse360?
Firstly thank you very much for the award I am honoured and humbled to receive this award in such a short space of time. My journey has been incredibly fast paced and rewarding to date. The people at Synapse are what makes this company so great, not only do we have the experts but they are fuelled by passion and a drive to constantly over achieve!
Synapse is an ever developing tech company and no day is alike. The challenge is what keeps me focused and loving my job each and every day at Synapse.
You have been instrumental in the development of our new Isle of Man office, which we are soon to reveal. Without giving too much away, what is your favourite part of our new location?
My favourite part of the new office would have to be our main workspace. The inspiration for the design has been fuelled by out of the box thinkers whom are future focused and not constrained by the norm. As soon as you walk in you get the feeling of how refined and geared for success this business truly is.
What are you most looking forward to in 2023?
There is so much to look forward to in 2023 for the business but I’m most looking forward to delivering as many of the projects we currently have on the go and in the pipeline as possible in one year! In addition to learn as much as possible as we deploy tailor made solutions for each and every client.
Do you have any personal goals you wish to complete in 2023?
My biggest personal goal is continue to strive for excellence in everything I do. I know the competition is incredibly fierce but it would be an absolute feather in my cap If I could swing employee of the month again, that may be a tall order but if you don’t reach for the stars you will never hit the ceiling.
