Meet The Team Behind The Transformation: Josh Eastel

As part of our new blog series highlighting the people behind our rebrand, we sat down with Josh Eastel, our Partner Account Manager. With a deep understanding of relationships and a passion for collaboration, Josh offers a unique perspective on how the transformation impacts our partner network - and why it's more than just a visual change.

Q: Josh, thanks for being part of this series. To start off- what does the new brand transformation mean to you personally?

For me, the new brand transformation shows how the business is evolving. Synapse are in a period of positive changes across all aspects of the business & the new brand completely abodes that.

Q: From your position in partner account management, how does this rebrand better reflect who we are and where we’re headed?

At Synapse we value collaboration and long-term relationships. Our new brand captures that better than before, it’s more aligned with the way we show up in front of partners and customers.

Q: How does the rebrand enhance our relationships with partners?

It gives us a clearer, more confident identity to stand behind. When you’re working with major vendors and navigating complex accounts, how you present yourself matters. This new brand gives our partners more confidence in who they’re aligning with. It shows that we’re not just keeping up, we’re investing in how we engage and how we lead.

Q: Have you noticed any shifts in the conversations you’re having with partners since the rebrand?

The rebrand most definitely provides more clarity around our services, which helps with building out more meaningful engagement - whether that’s strategically or generally.

Q: What makes a partnership truly successful, in your opinion—and how does the new brand help support that?

A successful partnership is built on trust, clarity, and a shared direction. The new brand supports that by making our positioning clearer; who we are, what we stand for, and how we work. When that’s obvious from the outset, it’s easier to build meaningful, long-term partnerships that deliver value on both sides.

Q: Looking ahead, how do you see our partner ecosystem evolving under the new brand identity?

I think our new brand will help us attract new partners while also help us build stronger alliances with existing partnerships. It showcases our capabilities in a more defined manner, meaning initial engagement should be fluid, with less ambiguity around our services.

Q: What excites you most about the future - for the company, the partners, and your role in between?

We’re building something that looks, feels, and acts differently. That gives us permission to be more ambitious, challenge old ways of working, and create stronger outcomes. Being in a role that connects both sides vendor and partner gives me a front-row seat to that evolution.

Q: Last one - can you describe the new brand in three words, and tell us why you chose them?

- Confident

- Credible

- Focused

Josh’s insights really bring our transformation to life—showing it’s about so much more than a new look. It’s about how we show up for our partners, how we build trust, and how we grow together. With confidence, credibility, and focus at the heart of our brand, we’re ready to take those relationships to the next level. And with people like Josh leading the charge, we know the future of our partner network is in great hands.
