Synapse360 began life on the Isle of Man. It was, and is, an excellent environment and place to build a team brimming with knowledge and expertise.
We proved ourselves by developing can-do solutions for major finance, legal, and e-gaming companies. In the process, we quickly built an enviable reputation for straightforward, no-nonsense, reliable, and effective IT solutions.
It meant creating smart strategies that solved problems, then guaranteeing service, availability, and capability through managed services that simply work, 24/7, 365 days a year.
Refreshing IT across the UK
Expanding across the British Isles, we’re not ashamed to say we often punched above our weight. By bringing the same uncomplicated approach, it was one success after another.
We’re proud and happy of the customer base we’ve helped, including BDP, London Luton Airport, and Thirteen Housing. And given how long we’ve worked with many of them, we’re pretty sure they’re happy with us too.
We’re both ISO20000 and ISO27001 accredited: our customers can trust they’ll receive the highest standards of service in IT and security management. And with data centres in the UK and Isle of Man, they know where their data is.
Our people are driving our future
Over 22 years, we’ve cut our customers’ costs – millions of pounds, in some cases – and we’ve won several national awards, for innovation and as partner of the year from Dell EMC, VMware and Cisco, we also hold high level partnerships with our technology partners.
There’s only one reason for all these successes though: our people. Driven, enthusiastic, solutions-focused experts who aren’t afraid to get stuck in. Trained, accredited people who relish the opportunity to build lasting relationships.
It’s because of our people that in 2019 we were acquired by leading telecoms provider, Manx Telecom. It’s a no-brainer partnership that’s boosted our capabilities, helped us do more for our customers, and is enabling our exciting next chapter.
